Refunds:

All purchases made are final!

We do not accept returns, however pins can only be exchanged or get a refund if: 

  1. The item has major damages(i.e a broken pin back). 
  2. You have received the wrong item.

✿ Please message us so we can refund your order or send you another one.

✿ We do not provide a refund for lost packages. We highly recommend purchasing package insurance to insure the safety of your package.

✿ If item is unclaimed and returned, you are entitled to a reshipment (paid by the customer), or a 50% refund of the purchase amount.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-Orders can take anywhere from 1-3 months, even more on rare occasions. I, the shop owner am not responsible for the time/delay in the production of the product. If you find that you cannot wait, please order INSTOCK only. If you file a claim against my shop because you can't wait, you WILL be banned, and I will spread the word to other shops.

Pre-order items may come with small adjustments. If you purchase a preorder product, you consent to knowing that minor changes may occur during production.
